Not listed? Three ways to check yourself

The same model can ship differently from region to region, so these checks beat any list.

Dial *#06# (fastest)

Open the dialler and enter *#06#. If a 32-digit number labelled EID appears, your phone has eSIM.

iPhone: check Settings

Settings > General > About, then scroll to “Available eSIM” or EID. Or open Settings > Cellular and look for “Add eSIM”.

Android: Settings > Network

Settings > Network & internet > SIMs, look for “Download a SIM” or “Add eSIM”. On Samsung: Settings > Connections > SIM manager.

Even supported models can fail — watch for these

  • Mainland China units: iPhones and most Android phones sold there have eSIM removed, even with the same model name.
  • Hong Kong / Macau units: some iPhone models ship with two physical SIM slots and no eSIM.
  • Carrier-locked phones: a handset bought on contract or instalments may be SIM-locked. Ask the original carrier to unlock it before installing another provider's eSIM.

Compiled from public information from each brand, for pre-purchase reference only — the EID shown by *#06# on your phone is what counts. If you have already bought a plan and your phone turns out to be unsupported, contact support and we'll sort it out.
